This retreat falls somewhere between a vipassana retreat and a jhana retreat and takes a step out in a new direction. Whilst we work with silence as a practice and spend the majority of the time in meditations, with a supportive and well-held retreat container, this isn't a strictly silent retreat. It's also not a bliss-chasing experience that prioritises feeling good over genuine insight. It's a middle way that brings together the rigour of scientific method with time-tested ancient contemplative practices and the intelligence of nature- each in their full integrity.

AI and tech professionals of all kinds—engineers, researchers, safety teams, ethicists, product people, marketers. Anyone working in these spaces who's curious about investigating and cultivating their own mind and heart.

The programme is grounded in dharmic principles—which are human wisdoms —you can bring your own spiritual beliefs and don't need to be Buddhist, and we won't dilute these practices into something unrecognisable and ineffective. What you'll encounter are profound methods for working directly with mind, emotions, and embodied experience that have been refined over centuries and increasingly supported by neuroscience research.
